I am looking for a 99-04 Range Rover. Well maintained. No
wrecks. Good Records. Low Miles preferred but depending on
price I
could work with higher. If higher miles must have many major
Rover
service issues already done.
On an 03-04 I
would consider any color combo. On 99-02 my first preference is
black
w/ piping on interior. I would consider other colors, mostly dark
such
as gray and navy.
I am in SC but willing to
travel for the right car/deal. Most likely not California but
most of

I'm a Land
Rover enthusiast in the UK and looking for an early 1994/5 38a Range Rover for
restoration.
Ideally,
it should be an original vehicle in Sahara Gold paintwork - ideally a
4.6 HSE, but will consider any model or engine in this colour.
Ideally,
it will be one of the first few hundred factory registered cars - i.e.
with the suffixs CVC; RHV; LKV or RGL. As follows:
M...CVC (e.g. M264 CVC)
M...RHV (e.g. M40 RHV)
M...LKV (e.g. M185 LKV)
L...RGL (e.g. L5 RGL)
Any
38a Range Rover with a factory registration in any colour; spec and
engine might be of interest - let me know even if it isn't Sahara Gold.
If
it is MOT failed or needing mechanical or bodywork that is no problem
as it will be a restoration project. Would prefer a complete car
but
will consider a part-stripped P38 if it has an especially interesting
history, right colour and/or a factory registration (see above).
An
MOT'd running car in good condition would also be considered... it
doesn't have to be a wreck! I have restored several Range Rover
Classics over the years (still own an early 1970 and a 1992 Tdi) and
now want the challenge of restoring an early 38a Range Rover and want
to find the 'right' car to rebuild.
