YES!!! WE DID IT!!

It's got a new MOT! As it's a classic ( over 30 years old in Holland) the MOT is valid for 2 years!
Only remark from the MOT guy: "ya better get new rear tyres, and ya gon'na have a hole in one of the sills"

So I've got 2 years to have the sills done, and I'm going to have the rear tyres changed soon.

This could almost be a 35 year old picture.

Are you sure its a 74? I thought they started covering the C pillar in vinyl in 73.

Well, it was registerd first on october 24th 1974, it's got powersteering and carpets on the transmissiontunnel so I think it must be a 74. I must say: it was restored some 10 years ago, including a respray. Maybe that's why the C-pillar is green? I do prefer it this way though :D

I'm sure Spen would be proud that it's still getting used as intended.

Not only could this be a 35 year old photo, it could be Somerset County, Pennsylvania, USA. Nice car, nice dog, nice scenery, nice life.

Well, it's France actually  and it's the good life indeed 8) Last weekend we went to east-germany to do some wild pig hunting. Great car, great hunt. Just bought her some new michelin tyres, some new sparkplug leads and all most all parts for the conversion to LHD are in my garage now! When the hun ting season ends ( end of january) I'll start the project :geek:
