95 SWB Drivers power seat not working but passanger does

Hi I have done a lot of research on this problem, my driver's power seat and mirrors don't work but the passenger seat works. Some people say the ECU is bad, but others say the battery in the ECU died, would this cause the passenger to only work? Since it has memory seats for drivers seat and mirrors and that is the only part not working does the memory circuit need power from the battery to work?

the battry leaks onto the circut board and the acid damages the board and the seat controls it is worth stripping and seeing
